Course Description
The atmosphere - introduces the fundamental
properties of the atmosphere: thermal structure, mass distribution, and general circulation.
Weather - describes weather features in the atmosphere: mid-latitude storms, tropical
hurricane, tornadoes, clouds, and precipitation.
Climate - looks into how the atmosphere interacts with oceans, land, ice, and human
activities to determine the past and possible future climate changes.
