The Bridge: A Forum for
Exchange between Water Researchers and Environmental Decision Makers

Featuring Congresswoman Grace Napolitano

The UC Center for Hydrologic Modeling has invited Congresswoman Grace Napolitano to UC Irvine on Tuesday April 6th, 2010 to speak about the current water crisis in California and possible solutions. Professor Famiglietti, director of the center, has designed a series of events dedicated to bridging the gap between politics and science in hope of solving the current water crisis. This inaugural event will expose motivated students to hydrology at UC Irvine, politics in California, and what they can do to be a part of the solution to the current water crisis.

Tuesday April 6th, 2010 from 12:20-1:00 p.m.
