Title: Agricultural adaptation and productivity in a changing climate

Summary: What does adapting to a changing climate really mean, and how can we find evidence of adaptation? Here I will define adaptation in the context of agricultural systems, and demonstrate that both farmer adaptation and favorable climate trends have increased US maize yields. These findings will be situated in the context of global yield and climate trends.
