Background: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This facility was established with a Major Research Instrumentation grant from the Division of Atmospheric Sciences of the National Science Foundation.  This instrument is one of only three such mass spectrometers currently utilized for atmospheric samples.  It provides extremely high sensitivity and exact mass capabilities for analysis of air.  The facility welcomes scientific interaction with investigators in the atmospheric chemistry community.
