Do you have pictures of ESS'ers at work?
Maybe a photo of a colleague in the field, collecting samples?
Or an image of someone working in a lab?
It could be virtually any picture of an ESS "doing science."

We are kicking off a new photo contest focused on "ESS at Work." 

Submissions will be eligible for the following:

• Printed and framed, to be used in decorating department space.
• Incorporated into a new "Picture Yourself Here" campaign for the Undergrad Program.
• Inclusion in The Dynamic Earth, as a "What on Earth?" image
• Posting on the website, and in various printed materials.

You might have noticed that we've used the images from the first ESS photo contest in a variety of places… You just never know where your pictures might end up. 

To be eligible for all prizes, please submit your photos no later than January 31, 2012.
