Greenhouse gas measurements in the LA Basin
Regulation of anthropogenic greenhouse gases requires new measurements to verify reported emissions. For example, recent measurements of methane concentrations in the Los Angeles basin suggest that emissions are up to 40% greater than what is currently accounted for by the California Air Resource Board inventory.
